We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Signature & Secure Delivery

For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required to ensure secure delivery.

In some cases, Genesis 1978 may include signature confirmation automatically at no additional cost.

Once the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address, Genesis 1978 is not responsible for loss or theft.

Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped under carrier terms.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment is confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Any shipping-related issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

– Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for review.
